We’ve been at Sensata Technologies India Pvt Ltd for a while now. Our spot is up on Level 9 of Raheja Tower, right there on Mahatma Gandhi Road Caviana. To get here, most of us take the Baner Pashan Link Road, which can be a bit of a crawl depending on the time of day. It’s a busy building but being high up means we get a decent view of the area. We’ve set things up so everyone has their own space to work. It’s not fancy or anything, just a regular office floor where people show up and get through their tasks. Sometimes the elevators take a minute, so you learn to be patient in the mornings. We see a lot of the same faces in the lobby every day. The neighborhood around here has changed quite a bit over the years. There are more shops now and the traffic has definitely picked up. We keep things pretty straightforward in the office. No one really goes for that big corporate vibe, even though the building looks quite sleek from the outside. We just focus on what needs doing and try to head home before the rush hour gets too bad. Being in this part of town makes it easy for some folks to grab lunch nearby, though many of us just bring something from home and eat together. It is a solid place to spend the day and get work done without too much fuss.
