We are located at 759 Chandra Layout, which is where Scriptacom Bpo Systems Pvt Ltd operates from. Chandra Layout is a nice enough place to work, though finding a good spot for lunch can be a bit of a walk sometimes. Our office is set up with rows of desks and headsets, which is pretty standard for a BPO. It’s often quieter inside than you’d expect because everyone is focused on their calls or their typing. We have people working different shifts, so there’s almost always someone in the building. It can feel a bit strange coming in when the sun is going down and seeing the night crew start their day. We’ve got a small break room with a microwave and some old magazines that nobody reads. The building itself is just a regular structure on a regular street. We don’t have a big flashy lobby. You just come in the door and you’re pretty much in the middle of it. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the phones and the steady hum of the air conditioning. It’s just a job for most of us, something to do to pay the bills and keep things moving forward. We don't really have big meetings about goals or anything like that. We just check the boards, see what needs to be done, and get started.
