Schefenacker Motherson Limited is located over in Sector-58 of Gautam Budh Nagar. If you have ever driven through the industrial sectors of Noida, you know what the landscape looks like. It is a lot of grey buildings and wide roads with trucks parked along the edges. Our place at C-26 is right in the middle of all that. The building is a functional industrial structure designed for work rather than looks. We have a gate with a security post where the guards check everyone coming in. The morning shift starts early, and you can see the staff arriving on bikes and buses as the sun comes up. It’s a busy atmosphere inside with the sound of machinery and people moving about the different sections. Sector-58 isn't exactly a place for a quiet stroll; it’s a place where things get made. We have a lot of space for our operations, but every corner is used for something. The offices are tucked away from the main floor but you can still hear the hum of the facility throughout the day. Gautam Budh Nagar gets incredibly hot in the peak of summer, so the indoor climate control is something everyone appreciates. We don't spend time on fancy decorations or unnecessary things. The focus here is on the day-to-day tasks and keeping the production lines moving. It is a straightforward operation where everyone has their specific role to play in the larger process of what we do.
