I’m Satish H V, and my place is located at 189 Banashankari 2nd Stage. It’s right in the Waraich Market area on Rohon Road, which is part of Teachers Colony. Being so close to the BDA Complex means there’s always a lot of foot traffic and cars moving around. My office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a small room with a desk, some chairs, and a lot of folders. I handle a lot of different things throughout the day, mostly meeting people who live in the neighborhood. It gets a bit noisy during the peak hours because of the market nearby, but I don't mind it much. I’ve been in this spot for a while, so I’ve seen the colony change quite a bit. I don't really have a big staff or anything. It’s mostly just me taking care of the work and talking to whoever drops by. Sometimes I’m out on errands or meeting people elsewhere, so the shop might be closed for an hour here or there. I try to keep things simple. There isn't any fancy decor or expensive furniture. It’s just a functional space where I can focus on what needs to be done. Most people who come here are looking for straightforward help or advice. I like the local feel of Banashankari. It’s a good place to be based, even if the traffic on Rohon Road can be a bit much during the evenings.
