I am Sathyanarayanan N and I've been working out of Nisargalayout for some years now. Our spot is on 3rd Cross, near the 6th Main in Jigani. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the city, but it’s a good place to be based. The layout is still growing, and we’ve seen more houses come up recently. We started small, just me really, and then slowly grew a bit. We don’t have a big team or anything, just a few local folks who know the work. The office isn't much to see, it’s just a practical space with what we need to get through the day. Sometimes the dust from the nearby roads gets in, but we don't mind it much. We just focus on the tasks at hand. There’s no big philosophy here, we just work and go home. People around Jigani know where to find us if they need something. We don't spend money on big posters or radio ads. It's just simple, honest work from a small place. Most of our day is spent handling phone calls and moving things around. It's a bit noisy sometimes because of the construction nearby, but that’s part of being in a developing area. We like it here because it feels like a real neighborhood where people actually know each other's names.
