Sathy Associates

We’re located over in Kaikondrahalli, near the Carmelarm Post in Varthur Hobli. The easiest way to find us is to look for Swarnamukhi Hospital; we are right opposite that. Being near St Johns Medical College also helps people figure out where we are. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially with the hospital traffic and the students moving around. At Sathy Associates, things are pretty quiet inside compared to the street. We have a small setup here. It’s mostly just us handling paperwork and talking to people who drop by. The area has grown a lot lately. There used to be way more empty space, but now it’s all buildings and shops. We’ve stayed put through all that change. The office itself is simple. We don’t have fancy decorations. There’s a desk, some files, and a window that looks out toward the hospital. You can hear the ambulances every now and then. We usually start our day by opening up the shutters and dusting off the desks. It’s not an exciting life, but it’s our life. We know the local shopkeepers and the people who have lived in Varthur Hobli for decades. We aren't some big corporate firm. We’re just a few people working out of this spot in Kaikondrahalli, trying to keep things organized and helping out whoever walks through the door. It’s a practical place for practical work, and that is just fine with us.
