Up in Hebbal, we have this space where we run the school. It’s not one of those massive campuses you see on TV, but it’s enough for what we need. We have a few classrooms and a library that is usually full of books we haven't quite organized yet. The students come in at all hours, so there is usually someone sitting in the hallway with a laptop or a notebook. It gets a bit noisy during the breaks, especially when everyone is trying to get tea at the same time. Hebbal can be quite busy with the flyover and all the cars, but inside the building, it stays relatively calm. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People just hear about us through word of mouth or see the sign when they are passing by. The furniture is functional, mostly just rows of chairs and whiteboards that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their careers and what they want to do next. It feels more like a community center sometimes than a formal school. We keep the doors open and try to help out whoever walks in. It’s a bit messy, and the printer breaks down at least once a week, but we make it work. It’s just a bunch of people trying to learn something new and get ahead. There are no fancy bells and whistles here.
