You can find us at Narang Chambers on NR Road, which is right across from the Town Hall. It’s a very old and busy part of the city. We are up on the third floor. Being near Town Hall means there is always a lot of activity outside, with buses and crowds constantly moving. We deal with diamond tools, so we have a lot of heavy, small items tucked away in cabinets. The office feels a bit like a warehouse in some parts because of all the stock we keep. We don’t have a lot of room for fluff. It’s mostly counters, shelves, and a couple of desks where we write out the bills. We’ve been in this location for a long time. The elevator in the building is a bit temperamental, so we often end up taking the stairs. It’s a bit dusty because of the main road, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We have regular customers who have been coming to us for years. We just talk to them like normal people, no scripted sales pitches. We know our tools and we know what people need them for. It’s a simple operation, run by people who have been in the trade for a long time. It’s noisy and sometimes the heat is a bit much, but we like being right in the middle of the city where everything is happening.
