Sante (Health Technology) Products Pvt. Ltd.

Sante is tucked away at number 46 on 6th Main, right there on 18th Cross in N.S. Palya. This is the B.T.M. 2nd Stage area, which is always busy. We work on health technology products. That sounds fancy, but mostly it involves us sitting at benches and looking at small parts or software. The office is a bit cramped because we have more equipment than we have space for. There are wires running along the walls and a few old posters that have been there since we moved in. We aren't a big tech giant with bean bags and free snacks. We have a kettle for tea and some uncomfortable chairs. But the people here are good at what they do. We spend a lot of time testing things to see if they actually work. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves. It’s a very practical environment. The neighborhood has some decent places to grab a quick bite, which is good because we often work late. We don't really go in for big presentations or corporate talk. We just talk about the products and how to make them better for the people using them. It’s a lot of trial and error. We stay focused on the tasks and try to keep things organized, even if it doesn't always look like it. It's just a regular office doing regular tech work.
