We aren't big on formalities. If someone comes in, we offer them a chair and talk about what they need. There’s no script and no high-pressure sales stuff. We just look at what’s in stock and see if it helps them. Running a business in Peenya means dealing with the heat and the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it.
