Sakthi Finance Ltd

If you look for us, we are up on the 2nd floor on Infantry Road, right there on the Mumbai-Pune Road. Sakthi Finance Ltd has been in this building for a bit. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens more than we’d like. Downstairs is always noisy with the cars and trucks heading out toward Pune. Up here, it’s a little quieter but still busy. We spend a lot of time looking at papers and talking on the phone. It’s the kind of office where there’s always a stack of files somewhere that needs moving. We aren't trying to be one of those glass-and-steel offices you see in the city center. This is more of a practical place. The light in the afternoon gets a bit bright through the front windows, so we usually have to pull the shades halfway down. Most of us have worked here for years and we’ve seen the road outside change a lot. It’s a simple setup. We have a small area for people to sit, and we usually have the radio playing low in the background. It’s just how we operate. No big speeches or fancy slogans, just a group of people handling the numbers and keeping things moving. It gets hot in the summers, but we’ve got a couple of old fans that do the trick. We just focus on getting through the paperwork before the day ends.
