Sai Ram Traders

We are located at 43/U2 in Yeshwantpur. It’s a busy part of the city and there is always something going on outside our door. Most of our day is spent moving bags and checking lists. We deal with a lot of different traders and people looking for supplies. The warehouse space isn't very big so we have to be smart about how we stack things up. It gets pretty dusty inside with all the movement of goods. We have an old desk where we keep the ledger books and sometimes the phone rings so much we can't even hear ourselves think. It is just a handful of us working here. We start early and stay until the last truck is loaded up for the night. The address can be a little tricky to find for people who aren't from around Yeshwantpur because the lane numbers get confusing. We usually tell people to look for the big blue door. It’s a lot of physical work and my back usually hurts by the time Friday rolls around. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know where we are and they stop by when they need something. We try to keep things organized but it is a challenge when three deliveries arrive at the exact same time. It’s just how things go in this line of work. We keep the kettle going for tea and just keep moving through the pile of orders.
