Sagar Communications is right here in Chikballapur. We’ve been a part of this town for a while. It’s not a huge place, just a regular shop where people come in to fix their phones or get a new SIM card. We see a lot of the same faces every week. Most people just stop by to say hello or ask for help with their settings. We have glass counters filled with different accessories and chargers. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fan going full blast. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just me and a couple of helpers. We learned how to fix things by just doing it over and over again. The street outside is usually full of bikes and people walking to the market. We like being in the middle of it. Sometimes the internet is slow and customers get frustrated, but we just try to help them out as best as we can. We don't use fancy words to explain things. If a phone is broken, we tell you if we can fix it or if it’s junk. It’s honest work. We aren't looking to expand into a giant chain; we just like being the local spot where people can get their tech sorted without a lot of fuss. We just try to be helpful and keep the shop running smoothly for everyone who stops by the Chikballapur market area.
