If you walk down Rajajinagar 12th Main near the 42 Cross in the 3rd Block, you will see us at number 694. We have been selling and fixing home appliances in this corner for a long time now. The front window is usually full of mixers, grinders, and stoves that we have on display. It’s not a very big shop so we have to use the space wisely. Often there are old appliances waiting for repair lined up near the door. We do a lot of service work, so you might see one of us hunched over a motor with a screwdriver. People from the nearby apartments come to us when their kettles stop working or their cookers need a new whistle. We talk a lot while we work and there is always some news to share about the neighborhood. The shelves in the back are filled with spare parts and boxes of new items. It can get a bit cluttered but we know where everything is. We don't use any high-tech systems for our sales, just a simple receipt book and a calculator. Some days are slow and we just sit on the stools near the entrance watching the cars go by. Other days everyone seems to have a broken appliance at the same time. We just take it one customer at a time and try to get the repairs done properly so they don't have to come back twice.
