Saahil

Saahil is our small shop located at 31/1 J C Nagar, 3rd Cross in the Ankappa Block area. It’s a small space, nothing too big, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. J C Nagar is a tight-knit community, and we have been here long enough that we know most of the people walking past our door every day. We started out with just a few things and slowly added more as we went along. The 3rd Cross can be a bit narrow, so parking is sometimes an issue for people visiting, but they usually find a spot nearby. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. It’s just a plain front with our name on it. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and a small counter where we sit. It gets dusty because of the road, so we spend a fair bit of time wiping things down. We aren't trying to be the biggest or most modern place around. We just want to be a familiar spot in the neighborhood where people can drop in. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, which slows us down, but that's just part of working in this part of town. We keep things simple and try to be helpful to whoever comes in looking for something. It’s just us working here, keeping the doors open and dealing with the daily routine.
