S V Rubber Industries

Our factory is at Number 7 in the Peenya Industrial Area, specifically in the Sadashiv Nagar part. Being in Peenya means we’re surrounded by other workshops and plants, so there’s always the sound of machinery in the background. S V Rubber Industries is a place where things get a bit dusty and the smell of rubber is something you just get used to after the first hour. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We spend most of our time on the floor making sure the machines are running right and the parts look the way they’re supposed to. The workers here are local guys who know their way around a mold. We don’t have a big front office or anything like that. If you want to talk to us, you usually have to find us near the production line. Sadashiv Nagar is a practical place for an industry like ours. We’ve been here for years, and we’ve seen the industrial area grow and change. We just keep our heads down and produce what’s needed. There’s no need for big speeches or polished presentations. We let the products speak for themselves. It’s hard work, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing the finished parts stacked up at the end of a long shift. Peenya can be a tough place to work during the summer because of the heat, but we have our fans running and we get through it. Most of us have been working with rubber for most of our lives. It's just what we do every single day.
