The work we do requires a lot of focus, so being in an industrial suburb helps because everyone else is doing the same thing. There is always someone loading or unloading something on the street outside. Our space in the Ashirwad Building isn't massive, but it fits everything we need to do our precision work. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit when the big machines next door start up, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We have been in Guddadahalli long enough to know the best spots for a quick tea break nearby. The stairs in the building have seen a lot of boots over the years. We spend our mornings getting the machines warmed up and checking the schedules. It is a lot of sitting and standing in the same spots, making sure the measurements are where they should be for each piece. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to answer phones all day. Most of the time, we are just in the back with the equipment. It is honest work in a busy part of the city. We appreciate the routine of coming to this building every morning.
