We are based over in Krishnarajapuram, right near the railway station at Vijinapuram. The office is in Najan Manzil, which is in the A Block area. Most of the time, we aren't even at the office because the whole point of our service is going to people’s houses. We send out nurses and helpers to take care of patients who can't really get out of bed or need help at home. It’s a lot of coordinating over the phone. The office is a bit cramped with all the medical supplies and stacks of charts. Being near the station means it can get pretty noisy with the trains passing by, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started this because we saw many old folks in the area who didn't have anyone to help them with their medicines or bandages. It’s not an easy job, traveling around to different houses in the heat and rain, but our staff manages it. We don't have a big website or a marketing team. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about us. We just try to provide decent care at home so people don’t have to stay in a crowded hospital if they don’t have to. It’s practical work. We keep things simple and try to be on time, even though the traffic around Krishnarajapuram can be a total nightmare sometimes.
