Rr College Of Management Studie sits at 14 G T Road in Basaveshwara Nagar, Bangalore. If you know that part of town, you know the traffic can be a real headache. The college is right there near the main road, so you hear the buses and cars passing by all day long. It’s a stone building that has been around for a bit. Inside, it’s a mix of young people looking at their phones and others rushing to get to their next talk. We have a small area where students hang out between their schedules, usually complaining about the Bangalore rain or the commute. The rooms are basic, with rows of chairs and some projectors that sometimes take a minute to start up. There isn't much in the way of fancy art on the walls, just some notices about exams or lost keys. We keep a water cooler in the corner that everyone uses, and the floor usually has a few scuffs from all the shoes walking over it. It’s a busy place because GT Road is always moving. People come from different parts of the city to get here, and they usually leave as soon as the last bell rings to beat the rush hour. It’s just a normal spot for getting work done and moving on with your day. We try to keep the coffee machine working, but even that has its bad days.
