Royal Springs

Royal Springs is located over in Dattawadi, just off the Mahadevapura area near Vijayshri Tower. The address is 51/2, though it can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking closely. We have a workshop where there’s always the sound of metal and machines. It’s not a quiet place by any means. We’ve been making springs and related parts for a long time now. My father started the business and now I’m the one looking after things most of the time. The floor is concrete and has some oil stains that won't ever come out. We have a small office area blocked off with some glass panels, but I usually spend my time out on the floor with the guys. It’s better to be where the work is happening. The roof leaks a tiny bit when there’s a heavy storm, so we have a few buckets we put out. It’s an old building but it has character. We get a lot of orders from nearby factories and repair shops. They know we don't mess around and just get the work done as fast as we can. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. It’s a bit chaotic but it’s our way of doing things. We just focus on the metal and making sure the dimensions are right for whatever the customer needs for their machine.
