We are over in HAL 2nd Stage, on the 2nd Main. The building is called Rose Mount House, and it’s right behind the Leela Palace. It’s a bit of a fancy area compared to some others, but our office is pretty down-to-earth. Rosemount Shipping India Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this spot for a while. Being behind the Leela Palace means it’s relatively quiet, which is nice when you’re trying to get through a lot of paperwork. The 2nd Main is lined with trees and feels a bit more residential than the main roads. Inside Rose Mount House, things are pretty organized. We have our different sections for different tasks. There’s always a bit of a hum from the air conditioners and the computers. We drink a lot of tea here to keep going. The walk from the main gate is short, but in the summer, you feel the heat. We don’t have any big slogans on the walls. It’s just a workspace with people doing their jobs. We see the same security guards and delivery people every day. It’s a comfortable routine we’ve fallen into. Even though the name sounds big, we’re just a group of people working together in a nice part of town. We have a map of the world on the wall that’s a bit out of date. We don't really mind. It’s more about the work we do on the computers anyway.
