We are located at Shreenivasa Nilaya, which is over in JP Nagar 2nd Phase. Specifically, you’ll find Robert Bosch India Ltd on 19th Main, 9th Cross in Marenahalli. JP Nagar is a nice area, quite residential but with a lot of businesses popping up. Our building is number 130. It’s a standard Bangalore building, nothing flashy. We have a couple of floors where we do our thing. The staff here is mostly local, so we speak a mix of languages in the office. It’s a busy place. We’ve got cables running everywhere and plenty of coffee mugs on the desks. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing inside. It’s just a place of work. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and you can hear them, which is nice. We focus on getting our technical tasks completed on time. It’s not always easy, but we have a good rhythm going. We aren't big on those long, boring motivational speeches. We just know what we have to do and we do it. The local bakeries around here are great for a quick break. We’ve been at this address for a while and it suits us. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. It feels real and grounded. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy office furniture. We just want to get the job done right.
