If you come down Magadi Road in Bangalore and turn into Manjunath Nagar, you’ll find us at number 16 on the 14th Cross. This is where we keep all our construction chemicals and supplies. The ground floor is mostly warehouse space, so it smells a bit like resins and additives, which we have all gotten used to over the years. Blore-26 is a busy industrial and residential mix, so there are always people moving about and small tempos picking up orders. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most people just walk into the warehouse or the small office space we carved out in the corner. There are bags and containers stacked up everywhere, and we spend a lot of time labeling things and checking the inventory. It is a dirty job sometimes, especially when we are mixing things or moving heavy drums around the 14th Cross. The staff here are local guys who know how to handle the materials safely. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people find us because someone else told them we had what they needed for their building project. We just focus on keeping the stock levels right and making sure we don't mix up the orders. It’s practical work and it doesn't need much explanation. We open up early, stay until the last delivery is sorted, and then lock up the gates for the night. It’s just how we run things here.
