We are Rms Avionics Pvt Ltd and we’re tucked away in Jayanagar Ramaswamy Palya on the 2nd Cross. It’s easy to find because we are directly opposite the MLA office. Most people use that as a landmark when they are coming to visit us for the first time. The office is usually filled with the smell of solder and sometimes old coffee. We work on a lot of technical bits and pieces here. There are benches with tools and wires everywhere, and it can look a bit messy to someone who isn't used to it. We aren't really the type to wear suits or have big meetings in glass rooms. It's more about sitting down and figuring out why a certain part isn't doing what it should. The street outside is usually busy with people going to the government office, so there’s always something to see out the window. We’ve been at this 415 address for a while now and the locals know us. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around and talk until it comes back on. It’s a small team, and we mostly just focus on the hardware in front of us. We keep our own hours mostly, staying late if a project is acting up. It's a practical place for practical work, and we like it that way quite a bit because it feels honest and we get things done without making a big scene.
