We are located in Whitefield, right next to the Molex India Ltd building. It is a very busy part of town with trucks and lorries moving around at all hours. Our office is basically a hub where we try to keep track of where everything is going. Logistics is a lot of waiting for phones to ring and checking if the drivers have reached their destinations. It gets quite dusty here because of the constant movement of heavy vehicles on the road outside. We have a small team sitting in the office handling the papers and the permits. It’s not the kind of job where you sit in a nice air-conditioned room all day without any stress. There are always some issues with traffic or a breakdown that we have to sort out quickly. We’ve been in this spot for a while, so we know the local roads and the shortcuts pretty well. Our furniture is a bit old, and the walls could use some paint, but it’s a functional space for what we do. We don’t use any complicated software most of the time, just our ledgers and some basic tracking. The drivers come in to hand over their receipts and grab a quick glass of water before heading out again. It’s a constant cycle of loading and unloading that never really stops. We just focus on making sure the goods get moved from one place to another.
