Richie Riche Financial Advisors Pvt Ltd is set up on Vittal Mallya Road. We’re actually in the Concorde Towers building, up on Level 15. The office is located in the J T Nagar part of the area, near Punagam. Being on the 15th floor gives us a pretty good view of the city, though we spend most of our time looking at paperwork and computer screens. It’s a professional building, so it’s a bit quieter than being down on the street level. We deal with money stuff and helping people figure out their finances. It’s a lot of numbers and charts every day. We don’t go for the big corporate vibe even though we are in a high-rise tower. It’s just a group of us working through the files. Getting to Vittal Mallya Road can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, but once you’re in the elevator, it’s fine. We’ve been at this for a while now. Most of our day is spent talking to clients or answering the phone. We don't have any fancy slogans or missions. We just sit down with people and go through their accounts to see what makes sense for them. It’s practical work that needs to be done right. If you’re coming to see us, just check in at the front desk of Concorde Towers and head up to the fifteenth floor. We are usually here until six in the evening.
