Republic Hospital

Republic Hospital is situated over at Richmond Circle, right at number 5 Langford Gardens. It is a very central spot in Bangalore where several of the major roads come together. Because of the location, we stay pretty busy most of the time. The building itself has been around for many years and has seen a lot of people come and go through its doors. We have different departments and plenty of beds for patients who need to stay over for a while. It takes a lot of coordination between the nurses, the doctors, and the people working at the front desk. Things can get a little hectic in the mornings when everyone is arriving for their appointments at the same time. We do not try to look like one of those modern five-star hotels; we are a hospital first and foremost. The floors are plain and the rooms are built for their purpose. We just focus on getting people treated and back home to their families. Being right near Richmond Road means we get people from all over the city coming in for help. There is always the sound of traffic and horns outside, but we just focus on what is happening inside the wards. We handle everything from emergencies to regular checkups. It is a lot of effort to keep a place like this running every day, but we just take it one shift at a time.
