If you have ever been down Sadar Patrappa Road in Bangalore, you know it’s the place to go if you need any kind of hardware or electrical parts. We are located at number 25/1, right in M R R Lane. It is one of those narrow lanes where you really have to watch where you are walking because of all the boxes and wires. Reliance Supply Agency has been in this spot for a long time. The shop is packed from floor to ceiling with all sorts of supplies, and half the time we have to use a ladder just to see what is on the top shelves. It is a bit dark inside, but we know exactly where every bolt and tool is kept. The street outside is always buzzing with people looking for deals and technicians trying to find rare parts. We don't have much space for a desk, so we usually end up doing our billing on the front counter while chatting with whoever has walked in. The afternoon sun doesn't really reach down into the lane, so it stays a bit cooler than the main road, which is a relief. We are not a big fancy agency with a website team; we are just people who know hardware. We spend our days helping folks find the right parts for their projects and making sure the inventory stays somewhat organized.
