The Regional Institute Of Co is situated in Bangalore, specifically at No 48 on 6th Main in JP Nagar 1st Phase. Being in such a busy part of Karnataka means there is always something going on outside our doors. We focus a lot on cooperative training and education for people in the sector. The office is located at the Harishsc building, which is a familiar spot for those who have lived in this part of the city for a while. We aren't a corporate giant; we are more of a practical place where people come to learn how to manage their own local groups. The 7th Cross intersection is usually where the traffic starts to pick up in the mornings. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of training manuals. We try to keep things running smoothly, even when the power fluctuates or the phones won't stop ringing. It’s a lot of talking to people and explaining how the cooperative systems work. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine for guests. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. Most of us have been here a long time and know the routines by heart. Working in JP Nagar means we get a good mix of people coming through. We just provide the space and the materials needed for the sessions we run throughout the year. It's a steady job in a nice enough neighborhood, and we like the local tea stall nearby.
