If you are looking for Rd Felt Corporation, we are at 24/4 Peenya Industrial Area, quite close to Ambedkar Engineering College. Working with felt is interesting because it’s different from metal or plastic. We have large rolls of material everywhere and the smell of wool or synthetic fibers is always in the air. The Peenya area is huge and can be confusing, but being near the college helps people find us more easily. We spend our hours cutting, pressing, and sorting different types of felt for all sorts of uses. It’s not a very loud environment compared to some of our neighbors, but it is always busy. We are a small team and we all know each other’s names. We don’t have a fancy website or a big sales team. Most people just call us or stop by when they need felt for their own machines or products. The floor is usually covered in little bits of scrap material by the end of the day, so we have to sweep up before we leave. It is a steady job and we have been doing it for quite some time now. Sometimes we see the students from the college walking by while we are loading up a delivery. It is a decent spot to be in and we just focus on getting the orders out of the door without making mistakes. It is just a normal, busy workplace for us.
