Rajashri Enterprises

Rajashri Enterprises is located at M107 in the Jigani Gadital area of Hadapsar. It’s an industrial sort of place, which suits us just fine. Gadital is always full of trucks and people moving things back and forth. Our unit, M107, is part of a larger stretch of similar spaces. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it’s where all the real work happens. The building is very simple—concrete walls and a heavy door. We don't have any decorations or anything that isn't necessary for the job. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons under the sun, so we usually have the fans going full blast. The noise from the other enterprises around us is constant, but you get used to it after a few days. We’ve been here for a bit now and it feels like home in a way. The people in the neighboring units are all doing their own thing, and we mostly just nod to each other in the mornings when we arrive. It’s a practical spot for Rajashri Enterprises because we need the space and the access for transport. We spend our days managing the inventory and making sure everything is in its right place. It’s not a glamorous part of town, but it’s honest and busy. We just keep our heads down and make sure the work gets finished before it’s time to lock up and head back into the city traffic, which is usually quite bad in the evenings.
