Rai University Intl is located way out on Bannerghatta Road, specifically around Gottigere at the 15th milestone. It’s quite a way from the main city center, so the air feels a bit different out here. We’ve seen this area change quite a bit over the years. It used to be much quieter, but now there’s a lot more traffic and new shops popping up all the time. Being at the 15th milestone means we’re a landmark for some people. We spend a lot of time just dealing with the daily routine. The building isn't anything too flashy, just a solid place where we can run the university programs. Most of the staff live nearby or take the long bus ride down the main road. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just open the doors in the morning and get to it. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but that's just how things are around here. We have enough room for everyone to sit and do their work. The students seem to like that it's a bit away from the heaviest city noise. There’s a small place nearby to grab a quick snack during lunch. It's a very straightforward environment. We just focus on what needs to be done each day and keep the place running smoothly for whoever walks in. It isn't perfect, but it works for us and the people who come here. We just stay busy with the work and make sure things stay on track for everyone.
