Race Hearing Care Clinic

We are located at No. 13/5 in Ramakrishna Nagar, which is part of J.P. Nagar 6th Phase. We’re right on the Kanakapura Main Road. If you know the area, you know how much traffic there is on that road. It’s a very busy stretch. Our clinic focuses on hearing, so we spend a lot of time testing how well people can hear and fitting them with aids if they need them. The office is small and functional. We have a couple of quiet rooms for the testing because you can’t really do that with the Kanakapura road noise in the background. We’ve set it up so it’s as soundproof as we can get it. Most of our visitors are older folks who are having a bit of trouble following conversations. We also see some younger people who work in noisy places. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. We just have our testing machines and a selection of hearing aids on the shelf. The staff is just a few of us. We take our time with each person because hearing is a tricky thing to get right. It’s not like buying a pair of shoes. J.P. Nagar is a good place to be, even with the traffic. We’ve been in this 6th Phase location for a while now. We just try to be honest with people about what they need and what they don’t. It’s a simple business. We keep some water and some basic chairs in the lobby, and we try to keep the temperature comfortable since the afternoons can get pretty hot on this side of town.
