R R Tools Centre is up on the 1st floor of the New Complex at 116 & 262 Bangalore City. Being on the first floor means people have to walk up the stairs, but most of our regular customers don't seem to mind the climb. The complex is always buzzing with people moving heavy boxes and running errands. Our shop is full of tools for all different kinds of industrial work. It’s not a massive space, so we have to be quite organized, though it doesn't always look that way to a stranger. There are boxes of drills, saws, and hammers everywhere you look. We've been in this part of Bangalore City for quite a while now. The air in the complex is usually a bit stuffy, and you can always hear the city traffic noise coming through the windows. We spend our days checking our inventory and showing customers how certain tools feel in their hands before they buy them. It’s a very hands-on business. We don't use any fancy software to track every little thing; a lot of our business is still just written down in our old ledgers. We aren't trying to be the biggest tool shop around, just a reliable one where you can get what you need without a lot of fuss.
