At R M L Industries, we operate out of 76/4 Laggere Main Road. This part of the city is Kundala Hali Village. It is an interesting spot because we are quite close to Mathrushree Vidyanikethan School. You can always tell when it is lunchtime or when school is out because of the noise from the kids on the road. Our work is industrial, so it involves a lot of heavy stuff and machines that make a fair bit of noise. It’s a dusty environment and the building is just a plain, functional structure. We don't have a fancy front office or anything like that. We just have our workspace and the area where we keep the raw materials. Laggere Main Road is usually busy with trucks and people moving about. We’ve been here for a while and the people in Kundala Hali Village know what we do. It’s a lot of manual work and the days can be quite long, especially when we have a lot of orders to finish. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the equipment. The weather affects us quite a bit since the shed can get really hot in the summer months. We just drink a lot of tea and keep going until the work is done. It’s a basic industrial setup without any frills. We just focus on the production and getting things out the door.
