R I C T is based right here in Hoskote. It isn't a huge place, just a simple setup where we handle our daily business. Hoskote is changing a lot lately with all the new roads and buildings, but we stay pretty much the same. I started this because there was a need for someone local to handle these kinds of things. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow and we have to wait for pages to load, which can be frustrating when you have a lot to do. We don't have any big signs or bright lights outside. Most of our clients are people from the nearby villages or shops who have been coming to us for years. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. My cousin comes in to help during the busy seasons. We sit on plastic chairs and talk through the problems until they are solved. It’s the kind of place where you can just drop in and have a glass of water while we look at your files. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just use what we have and do our best. The town gets quiet in the evenings and that is when I usually catch up on the bookkeeping and clean the desks. It’s a steady pace and it suits the way we like to live and work in this part of the world. It’s just us doing our thing day after day.
