We’ve been here in Jigani for a while now, tucked away in the 2nd Phase. Most mornings start early because the industrial area gets pretty busy once the trucks start moving on 4th Cross. Our place is over by Basavanagar Park Avenue, and it’s a lot of noise and metal. We spend most of the day on the floor looking at machines and trying to make sure everything runs the way it’s supposed to. It isn't a fancy office with nice carpets or anything like that. It’s mostly just us in work clothes dealing with production schedules and keeping the equipment from breaking down. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery gets stuck in traffic, but that’s just how it is around here. We’ve got a small team and everyone knows their job. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just manufacturing parts and keeping things moving. The 107 spot is where we spend most of our lives. If you walk past, you’ll probably hear the machines humming. It’s a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but we keep the inside tidy enough to work. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It’s just us doing the work every day. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit since we started. There are more buildings now and the roads are a bit more crowded than they used to be. But we’re still here doing the same stuff.
