Quality Services & Agencies

You can find us over at 41 Narasimharaja Colony, right near Minerva Circle. It's a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the traffic leaking into our office. We started Quality Services & Agencies because there was a need for someone to handle the odd jobs and agency work around here. It isn't a huge operation. We have a few desks, a couple of filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a kettle that’s always running for tea. The walls are mostly bare except for some calendars and a few notes pinned up. We deal with a lot of different people every day. Some come in looking for help with paperwork, others need us to coordinate services they can't manage on their own. It’s a lot of talking and making phone calls. Sometimes the paperwork gets stacked pretty high on the desks, and we have to spend a Saturday just clearing it all out. We don't have a flashy lobby or anyone in a suit greeting you at the door. It’s just us, usually wearing whatever is comfortable for a long day of work. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first moved in, but we’re still here doing the same thing. We just focus on getting through the daily tasks and making sure the people who come to us leave with what they needed. The tea shop downstairs is where we get our breaks, and sometimes the owner comes up to complain about the noise. We just laugh it off because we've known each other for a decade. It’s that kind of place.
