Our place is located at 516 Azad Road, right in the heart of the Peenya Industrial Area. If you know this part of town, you know it is mostly warehouses and factories. Pushpagiri Forgings Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this unit for some time now. It’s noisy around here because of all the heavy machinery and the trucks moving in and out of the lane. We don't have a fancy front office or anything like that. It’s mostly just the workshop floor and a small space where we keep the records. The air is usually a bit dusty and the tea stall down the road is where we all go for breaks. Being in Peenya means there is always something moving. We deal with the heat from the forge every day, so we’re used to the sweat and the grime. It’s honest work. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, which is just part of being in an industrial zone. We keep our tools organized as much as we can, though things get messy when we are in the middle of a big job. Azad Road can be a bit tricky to navigate if you aren’t familiar with the turns, but once you find number 516, you’ll see our gate. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just show up, do the forging work, and head home when the shift ends. It’s a simple setup.
