Production Incharge

I am the production incharge over at 15/2, 1st Main 4th Cross in Deepanjalinagar. It’s right off Mysore Road in Bangalore. I live and work here at Ramachandrappa’s place. It’s a busy, noisy part of the city with trucks and buses constantly passing by on the main road. Our little corner is tucked away just enough to get some work done. I’ve been managing the production side of things here for several years. It’s not an easy job because there is always something going wrong or a deadline that is creeping up too fast. I spend my time coordinating with workers and making sure we have enough supplies. Bangalore has become so crowded lately that getting materials delivered is a real headache. I’m usually on the phone or checking the floor to see if the machines are running right. We aren’t a big, polished company with a HR department. It’s just me and the crew trying to make a living. The space is a bit cramped and it gets loud when all the tools are going at once, but we are used to it by now. People know me in the 4th cross area as the guy who handles the manufacturing work. If you need to talk about a job, you just have to find the gate at 15/2. I’m there most days until the sun goes down, making sure everything is locked up and ready for the next morning.
