You’ll find us at Plot No. 89 on 3rd Cross Road in the 4th Phase of the Bommasandra Industrial Area. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but this is where all the heavy lifting happens. The road can get a bit bumpy with all the big lorries coming through. Our plot is basically a large shed with some office space carved out at the front. It’s usually quite loud because of the work going on inside, so we have to speak up to be heard. The 4th Phase is always active, and there’s a real sense of industry all around us. We have a small team, and most of us have been working in Bommasandra for years. We know the other folks on 3rd Cross Road pretty well. The workspace is filled with equipment and supplies, and it’s not always the tidiest place, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our hours making sure the daily tasks are handled correctly. There’s no fancy reception desk or polished floors here. We just have a few chairs for guests and a big table for checking our work. In the afternoons, we usually take a short break when the sun is at its peak. It’s a grit-and-grind kind of place, just like the rest of the industrial area. We like being out here where we have the space to do what we do. It's a simple life of managing the coatings and keeping the schedule moving.
