We are based at No.3 on the third floor of Isphani House. This is in Richmond Town, which is a fairly well-known part of the city. Being on the third floor means we are away from some of the street noise, though you can still hear the traffic from the main road. The building is an older style, with a lift that sometimes takes its time. Inside, we have set up offices and spaces for the different tasks we handle. It is not a very large space, so we have to be smart about where we put the desks and filing cabinets. Many people come through these doors every day for various reasons related to the institutions. We have a small reception area where people can wait, but it's nothing fancy. The staff here has been together for a while, so we have a rhythm to how we work. We usually have our lunch together in a small corner. Richmond Town has changed a lot over the years, with new shops and cafes popping up, but Isphani House stays much the same. It is a central location, which makes it easier for people to find us, even if parking around here is a bit of a nightmare. We just go about our business, answering phones and keeping the paperwork moving. It’s a standard office environment where everyone knows what they need to do to keep things running.
