Precision Moulded Components

We are located at 162/22 in Bommanahalli, right near the Axis Bank. It’s a decent spot for a small factory like ours. Precision Moulded Components is basically a place where we take raw materials and turn them into specific shapes using molds. It gets pretty hot inside during the summer because of the machines. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us have lived in the area for years. We didn't start with much, just a single machine and a lot of hope. Now we have a few more. We spend the day making sure the plastic or whatever material we're using is melting right and filling the molds properly. Sometimes the molds get stuck or the parts come out wrong, so we have to fix things on the fly. It's not glamorous. There’s dust and the smell of hot plastic everywhere. We supply parts to some of the bigger companies nearby. They just call us up when they need a batch of something. We don't spend money on fancy websites or signs. People find us because we’ve been at this address for a long time. It’s a steady job. We close up around six or seven, depending on how much work is left. Sometimes we stay late if a big order comes in last minute. That’s just life in a workshop. It can be repetitive, but there is something nice about seeing a finished pile of parts at the end of a long afternoon. It feels good to get things done.
