Precision Machining

Our shop is tucked away at 34/22 Adugodi on the 5th Cross in Pukraj Layout. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren’t looking for it. Precision Machining is mostly just the sound of lathes and drills running all day long. We work with a lot of metal parts here. The floor is usually covered in some kind of shavings or oil, no matter how much we sweep. It’s a small space, so we have to be careful where we put the raw materials. I spend most of my time looking at blueprints or checking the measurements on a piece we just finished. The machines take up most of the room. We’ve had some of this equipment for years and it still runs okay if you know how to handle it. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first moved in, but we just keep doing the same work. It’s loud and sometimes it gets really hot inside during the summer months. We don’t have a front desk or anyone to answer phones all day. Usually, if someone wants something, they just walk in and talk to us directly over the noise. We deal with various small jobs and some bigger ones too. It’s just honest shop work. We make sure the parts fit the way they are supposed to before they go out the door.
