Pratik Art Decorators Pvt Ltd is situated at 13 E Street on Coles Road Cross in Bangalore. Being in Bangalore, we are right in the middle of all the city's growth and the constant traffic that comes with it. Our workspace is usually a bit of a mess with different decorating materials, paint swatches, and tools scattered around. That’s just the nature of what we do. We spend a lot of time planning out how to decorate different spaces and then heading out to the sites to get the actual work done. The office on Coles Road is our home base where we keep our supplies and meet to discuss new projects. It’s a lively neighborhood with plenty of coffee shops and other small businesses nearby. We don't have a polished showroom; it’s more of a working warehouse where things are being built or painted. Sometimes the Bangalore rains can slow us down when we are trying to move equipment, but we just wait it out. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for a long time, so we don’t need a lot of formal instructions. We just know what needs to be finished. It’s a lot of physical work and long hours on our feet, but we like seeing a space change when we are done. We keep things pretty straightforward and don’t bother with much corporate talk.
