You can find us at No.21 in the Shankarappa Complex, which is near Am Plaza on Airport Road in Konena Agrahara. Being so close to the airport means we hear planes taking off all day long, and the road outside is always packed with people heading to the terminal. At Pratham Global Logistics, we handle the boring but necessary parts of shipping like paperwork and customs details. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a few desks and some chairs for when people come in to drop off documents. We have a lot of folders piled up on the side tables because there’s always something new to file. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in so we can finish the data entry. We’ve been at this Hal Post location for a while and the neighbors in the complex are mostly other small businesses like ours. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure the shipments get to where they’re supposed to go. We spend a lot of time checking the computer screens and making phone calls to agents. It’s a lot of routine stuff, but it keeps the business going. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office; we just want to get the shipping work done correctly so we can head home.
