Prashant Marihal

Prashant Marihal is based at 541/E in Basaveshwara Nagar. We are on 1st B Cross in the 3rd Stage, 4th Block. Our office is on the first floor of the building. One of the easiest ways to find us is to look for the Basaveshwara Nagar Post Office. We are just a short walk from there. The neighborhood is mostly residential and quite established. We’ve been in this same spot for a long time. The stairs leading up to the first floor are a bit steep, so you have to watch your step. Inside, it’s a very simple setup. We have our workspace and a small area for guests to sit. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who have been working together for a while. We know the area well and often see the same people walking their dogs or going to the post office. It’s a comfortable place to work. We don't use any fancy management techniques or corporate talk. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually they are. The office gets some nice light in the afternoon. We’ve kept the place pretty much the same as it was when we moved in. It works for us, so we don't see a reason to change it. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done. It's a quiet, productive life here in Basaveshwara Nagar.
