It is just us here at Prasanna Maruthi Home Appliances, located right by the Nashik Phata Chowk in Vijaya Nagar. We have been at this spot, units 25-28, for quite a while now. Most days it is pretty busy with folks coming in to look at different things for their kitchens or laundry rooms. The shop itself isn't fancy or anything like that, but we keep the shelves stocked as well as we can. Dealing with home appliances means there is always something breaking or someone needing an upgrade, so the phone rings quite a bit. Being in Vijaya Nagar makes it easy for locals to drop by when they are out running errands near the chowk. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in here with all the boxes, but we manage somehow. We aren't a big chain or some corporate office, just a local place where we know most of the people who walk through the door. If you head towards Nashik Phata Chowk, you will see us there. It is a lot of work keeping track of all the different brands and models, but that is just how it goes when you run a shop like this. We just try to keep things moving and help out whoever comes in looking for a new stove or a fridge. It is not a complicated setup, just a straightforward business in a busy part of town.
