Our place is at Plot No.132 in the 1st Phase of the KIADB Industrial Area in Haro Halli. It is a bit of a drive to get out here in the Ramnagara District, but it gives us the space we need for the bioscience work. It is quite a bit different from being in the middle of a big city. The air feels a bit cleaner out here. We have a lot of lab equipment and stuff that needs careful watching throughout the day. Most of our time is spent looking at samples or checking on how different things are reacting in the lab. It might sound more complicated than it is, but really it is just about being careful and following the right steps every time. We aren't trying to be a giant corporation; we just focus on the technical projects we have in front of us. The team here is pretty small and we all know each other well. We usually eat lunch together and talk about regular things. Sometimes getting our supplies takes a little longer because we are out in Haro Halli, but we just plan ahead for it. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just do the work and try to stay organized with our records. The office is very functional, nothing too special to look at, just a place to get the job done right. We like the quiet out here compared to the busy city.
