Polyclad is tucked away in Bangalore, specifically at 741, 14th Cross in J P Nagar 5th Phase. If you know Bangalore, you know how the layout of these phases can be, but 14th Cross is home for us. The building at 741 is where everything happens. We spend our mornings navigating the traffic to get here, and once we are inside, the day really starts. It’s a local spot. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of branches. We are just right here in J P Nagar. The atmosphere inside is pretty casual. We talk to each other, we drink a lot of coffee, and we handle whatever comes through the door. It’s not a high-pressure environment with suits and ties. We wear what’s comfortable and focus on the tasks at hand. The 5th Phase has a nice feel to it, and we like being part of the neighborhood. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, just like anywhere else in the city, and we just deal with it. Polyclad is really just about the daily effort we put in at this specific address. We don't have a polished mission statement or anything like that. We just show up at 741 every day and do what we are supposed to do. It’s a practical way to run things. We like the simplicity of it. No one here is trying to be something they aren't. We just work.
